The Goals of Linden Elementary
-Mission of Linden Elementary School is to provide a child-centered environment where students believe in themselves, achieve individual success, and make adequate yearly progress by the time he/she exits the fourth grade. "Ready, Set, GO!"
-Vision for Linden Elementary to be the School of Choice for academic excellence.
-Beliefs-We believe the faculty and staff should work together to share information ,materials, and resources. We believe that students learn best when using manipulative, visual, and auditory aides, and cooperative learning. We believe that teachers help students become successful learners when we maintain a positive classroom environment, build on individual strengths of our students, give timely feedback and recognize student progress. We believe that data should be used to recognize and build upon our strengths and needs, and to celebrate success. We believe that decisions should be made through open communication with school personnel, parents, and students.
-Values-Provide a safe environment with student progress through visual, auditory and tactile learning, teacher success, cooperation, rewards, sharing, caring, and responsibility.
-Culture-Have a school where the staff works together to constantly improve, where the teachers have empowerment, trust, and respect for others.
