Ashley Carroll graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin, then went to earn her MSEd. from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Carroll taught in the Perry County High School Special Education department for 6 years. In 2006, Mrs. Carroll was named as the Attendance Supervisor for Perry County Schools.
