Mrs. Rosemary
Turnbow is currently working in her 27th year
for the Perry County School System. As a school board
employee, Mrs. Turnbow has supervised the special
education program (pre-school through 12th
grade) for sixteen years. Prior to this assignment,
Mrs. Turnbow served as a special education teacher,
teacher of gifted education and 2nd grade
teacher at Linden Elementary.
Mrs. Turnbow
has a B.S. degree from George Peabody College for
Teachers in special education (K-12) and elementary
education (K-8) and a master’s degree from Austin Peay
State University with endorsements in
Administration/Supervision and Reading Specialist.
